3DS Max / Nvidia iray renderer / SolidWorks / After Effects
This assignment was all about animating a short teaser of a product of our choice. I took the opportunity to model out a workstation laptop concept using the Microsoft Surface design aesthetic - borrowing from previous products in the line, and adding my own twist.
Modelling was primarily done in SolidWorks, and animation and texturing was done in 3DS Max. The exported frames were then collated and edited using After Effects. I decided to have a little fun with the editing (messing around is a strong phrase).
